She was a former parishioner of Annunciation Church in Paramus, a member of the Hawthorne Caballeros Drum and Bugle Corps, and a past president of the Saddle Brook Hospital Auxiliary.
Steccato is survived by her children, Lewis and his wife Joanne of Bergenfield, John and his wife Linda of Carlsbad, Jeffrey and his wife Susan of Midland Park; grandchildren Lewis, Peter, Nicole, Kiera, John, Jeffrey and Thomas; great-grandson Louis; and brother Iggy Catanzaro and his wife Sharon.
She was preceded by her husband, Louis.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Monday, March 20, at Santangelo Funeral Home, 300 Main St., in Lodi. The funeral will be on Tuesday at 8 a.m. at the funeral home, then to Annunciation Church, in Paramus for a 9 a.m. funeral mass. Entombment will be in St. Nicholas Cemetery, in Lodi.
